Review the options and configure your order with the service advisor. If a fitting method is needed request to create one at this step.

STEP #3

Confirm and finalize your hair system specifications. Pay your 50% deposit to lock your order in. No further action needed.

Download, print and complete the order form as best as you can. We will review and confirm before submission.

Include fitting method such as an old unit to duplicate, a template/mold or your measurements.

STEP #3

Send all items to. us at 9830 6th Street.Suite #102 Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. (Get a tracking #)

4.
STEP #5

Once we receive your order and review it we will be reaching out to you by phone to finalize the order
