Best Hair System | Service Appointment Policies

Our goal is to provide quality services to all of our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience our providers and our other clients. Please be aware of our booking policies.

When booking your appointment we require a deposit using a credit or debit card to secure your appointment. Deposit amounts vary depending on the service you are booking. Please refer to the list below for deposit requirements.


The All-Inclusive Thin Skin System Service Deposit is:
20% ($85.80) of $429

The All-Inclusive Lace System Service Deposit is:
20% ($97.80) of $489

Hair System Maintenance Deposit is:
20% ($17) of $85

Custom Hair System Cut-In Deposit is:
20% ($30) of $150

Basic Hair-Cut Service Deposit is:
20% ($7) of $35


When you book an appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful to our other clients,  we ask that you notify us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

Best Hair System is committed to providing all of our guests with exceptional service. When a guest cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another guest from being seen. RESCHEDULES & CANCELLATIONS MUST BE 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If prior notification is not given, you will forfeit any deposits made. Thank you for your understanding.


Late Cancellations

Late cancellations forfeit any deposits made for the appointment. A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is canceled less than 48 hours before the appointed time. 


Rescheduling Appointments

If an appointment needs to be rescheduled but you do not know when you will be available next, we can hold your deposit and apply it to your next appointment when a date is determined. Appointments must be rescheduled 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. 



A missed appointment without any notification or cancellations is considered a no-show. A no-show will forfeit any deposits made for that appointment. Multiple cancellations or no-shows may result in a permanent ban from our services.


Refund Policy


Dissatisfaction in-service results must be expressed within 7 days of the service and the client MUST return to the salon for the work/results to be evaluated and inspected to determine if the dissatisfaction is warranted. If a client is unwilling to return to Best Hair System for a review/evaluation then the complaint is considered meritless and nothing else will be done. If a satisfactory service resolution cannot be achieved, a final decision will be made under the discretion of Best Hair System’s management/owner
