Yes. With our electronic ordering system you create a Personal Account with your own password. You can access that account review the specs of prior orders and either order the same unit again or ‘tweak’ the specs on your last unit.

You’ll save a ton of money! Plus you’ll be able to do your own maintenance whenever you need it – not when you’re able to make an appointment and get into a stylist. There’s no magic to attaching, removing and cleaning a hair piece. But hair clubs and salons don’t want you to know how to do this—they want your business. Best Hair System will remake or refund any custom system that is not made to your original specifications. Best Hair System will fully refund the cost of a stock unit if it doesn’t meet the customer’s needs. The customer will have 30 days upon receipt of the unit to return the unit to Best Hair System. The unit must be returned to us in the same condition in which it was received by the customer. It cannot be cut-in, washed or worn. A Stock is a pre-made system. They are made in many different base styles, sizes and colors. They are primarily designed from basic standard sized templates and lengths. Some clients have been able to find perfect fits and matches for themselves.  A Custom System has been specifically made just for you. It has been made by a template of your very own scalp, and hair samples you either provide us or by colors you have selected from the color choices.

No Problem! Just make a template and we will do the rest. No matter the size, a system can be made for you. All the more reason to make a template of your scalp area needed so that it will fit you perfectly!

A stock system that hasn’t been altered in any way can be returned in its original packaging, No questions asked. Now for a custom order that was made specifically for you. It is a one of a kind design, if there is a production error of any sort; it is returnable for a remake. Otherwise, a Custom order is not refundable. However, there are some situations that can be worked on in house here at Best Hair System. Just know that we will do our very best to work out anything that you are not happy about, to the best of our ability.

Not a problem, contact us and we can help you reorder the same system. You can also log in to your account where you can see the history of your orders and reorder from there.

Generally between 7-8 weeks for a regular order. We do offer a rush service for an additional charge. Things like specialty designs, colors and or lengths can take additional time. We will determine these factors upon receipt of your order and give you an estimated delivery date.

That depends on several factors including your lifestyle, frequency of washing, water hardness, etc. Our clients have reported getting anywhere from one month to over a year with our units. Under normal wearing conditions our customers typically get from 3-4 months from a unit before it’s replaced.

Generally, we would use your own hair samples to determine this. If for some reason you do not like your own texture, you can ask for anything you like, as long as you do not plan to blend this system with your existing hair. If this is the case, then we would need your own samples. If you have ethnic hair, we can use a sample of ethnic straight if this is the texture you prefer. If your hair is straight and you would like curls, just send your sample along with the curl pattern selected from order form. If you plan to use a full cap, or you have no existing hair for samples you can contact an image consultant, and we will be happy to assist you.

We keep costs at a minimum since we are the manufacturer, we don’t have salons, a large staff, TV commercials, etc.. Compare our units to ones costing $2,500 and more each. We have many clients that have been on a contract with a high priced salon or hair club and have switched to Best Hair System and saved thousands of dollars – and are happier with the quality of our hairpieces.

Ordering a hair piece through the mail is simple and easy. Salons and hair clubs charge ridiculous prices for the simple process of making a template (some hair clubs don’t even bother to make a template – they just modify a stock unit). Then they charge you a ridiculous price for the hair piece.

All you need to do is download our “Order Form” complete the form and send us your template, hair color samples, & order form and we’ll take care of the rest!

Given the lead time to order a unit and the possibility of an emergency, we highly recommend having at least one backup unit to avoid being caught without a fresh unit.

Yes, Just send it to us and we’ll make an exact copy. We do it all the time. You will need to fill out a “Repair Order Form.”

No. There are no requirements or contracts – buy only when you decide that you want to buy.
